This Private Chef Experience is hosted by Chef Jamie Martinez and is a 100% plant based menu. This menu welcomes up to 12 guests and is perfect for birthdays, anniversary's or bachelorette parties! On the menu: Praline Cheese Ball with Crostini's Jambalaya Crab-less cakes Nola Style Beignets with Café au Lait We've got the food, equipment and servers covered! This menu pairs perfectly with a bourbon based cocktail. Upon booking your private chef experience, you will receive a PayPal invoice, and calendar notification. This Southern Style menu takes ~2 hours to execute.
